With the new line of Oven Patties, Rissolaria introduces into the market another innovative product, aimed to a customer who seeks to combine practicality with nutritional balance, who does not want smells at home and seeks to eat patties more often and during different meals of the day.

TO BAKE

Step 1: Heat the oven well to 220ºC, in a conventional oven, and to 200ºC, in a ventilated oven.

Step 2: Remove the product from the freezer.

Step 3 (optional): Prepare the tray with parchment paper.

Step 4 (optional): Spray or brush the frozen Rissole with oil on both sides for a more golden colour. In the case of pies and luanas, brush the frozen product with egg yolk on the top.

Step 5: Cook the product (s) between 10 to 15 minutes, until a minimum temperature of 75ºC is reached inside.

Important note: Observe the products in the oven during the cooking process, since the indication of the binomial time / temperature varies depending on the characteristics of the equipment used.
