On the International Food Day that is celebrated today 16.10.20, the chef informs about the launching of the first of five new product lines that Rissolaria will launch by the end of November: THE OVEN LINE.

Composed of 3 products (Rissóis, Empadas and Luanas) in a total of 11 references, the oven line presents a combination of traditional flavours and unique ingredients:

– Oven Rissoles with traditional fillings of Shrimp, Meat and Chicken;
– Rabbit Pies with Orange dough, Cuttlefish with Black Pasta, Vegetables with Purple Potato and Chicken;
– Luanas with Mexican Meat Chilli, Cheese and Ham, Peanut Butter and Pralinet of Cashew, Chocolate and Mint.

It should be noted that the doughs used in this line were developed specifically for baking, and are therefore lighter and easier to digest.

Note: This is not a pre-fried product to put in the oven.

For a correct preparation of the Oven Line the Chef Recommends:

Step 1 – Heat the oven well to 220 ºC, in a conventional oven and 200 ºC, in a ventilated oven.
Step 2 – Remove the product from the freezer.
Step 3 (optional) – Prepare the tray with parchment paper.
Step 4 (optional) – Spray or brush the frozen patty with oil on both sides for a more golden colour. In the case of Pot Pies and Luanas, brush the frozen product with egg yolk on the top.
Step 5 – Cook the product (s) between 10 to 15 minutes, until a minimum temperature of 75ºC is reached inside.

Important Note: Observe the products in the oven during the cooking process, since the indication of the time/temperature binomial varies depending on the characteristics of the equipment used.
