Rissolaria Tradicional innovates again by launching the NUTRICOR LINE with 4 new fillings, this time with a new look and with the new oven dough signed by our chef.

Chicken with red dough, Shrimp with green dough, rabbit with orange dough and cod with mottled dough, are the products that promise to bring more joy and colour to national dishes.

For a correct preparation of the Nutricor Line, the Chef recommends:

Step 1 – Heat the oven well to 220ºC, in a conventional oven and 200ºC, in a ventilated oven.
Step 2 – Remove the product from the freezer.
Step 3 (optional) – Prepare the tray with parchment paper.
Step 4 (optional) – Spray or brush the frozen rissole with oil on both sides for a more golden colour. In the case of Pot Pies and Luanas, brush the frozen product with egg yolk on the top.
Step 5 – Cook the product (s) between 10 to 15 minutes, until a minimum temperature of 75ºC is reached inside.

Important Note: Observe the products in the oven during the cooking process, since the indication of the time/temperature varies depending on the characteristics of the equipment used.
